Last time, when I tried to call CIMB credit card customer service, it took me 20 minutes and never got it. I just hang up frustrated with the service.
and today, it happened again, this time in front of the sales counter. @#$%&!!
The machine broke down and rejected my card. I am a good paymaster and I can guarantee you that it was not my fault.
Just imagine what will happen if it happened when I am in the hospital to check in, nearly death and having problem? I can almost assure you that CIMB customer service will not there to help!
Damn stupid CIMB customer service!!!
p/s. - I managed to buy my new Dunloppillo mattress at RM 3597 with the same card (after more than 30 embarrassing minutes of waiting), via old-days manual zip-zap process with merchant line telephone approval.
